Service log

Everything you record stays on this device.

Service notes: Measure across the two lugs, game off: about 41 Ω (forum). Near 0 Ω is a shorted coil that blows fuse F103 (3A S.B.); open is a dead coil. Then the diode across the lugs, the driver transistor Q24 on the driver board, and the connector pin J122-2. A coil that locks on is the transistor, not the coil. Never oil the plunger or the sleeve. Its flyback diode is tied back to the driver board through J122 in a shared pair; a lost tieback destroys the transistor, so check both J122 tieback groups after any work under the playfield.
